Job description

  • Searching for, reaching out to, and developing clients are businesses, organizations, and training institutions with a need for internal training.
  • Consulting and introducing training solutions on the Retudy platform (nano-learning, AI, gamification).
  • Coordinate with the product and training teams to develop solutions tailored to each customer.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Managing and caring for customers throughout the implementation process.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve products and services.

Request

  • Graduated or about to graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • Has communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Has a service mindset, understands customer needs, and is solution-oriented.
  • Interested in the fields of training, technology, digital transformation, or AI.
  • Proactive, persistent, eager to learn, and able to withstand business pressure.
  • Having experience in B2B sales or EdTech is an advantage (not mandatory).

Benefits

  • Attractive income includes a base salary + commission + performance bonuses.
    • Base salary from 7 million to 15 million depending on experience
    • Quarterly or annual bonuses based on individual performance and overall team performance
    • Sales commissions are calculated monthly based on a percentage directly from the individual's sales revenue.
