To kick off the training session, the members of the Ride Institute participated in an interactive activity through "Kahoot" to test and review the core knowledge of the Agile methodology that had been taught in the previous session. The questions were carefully and meticulously designed to both assess the employees' knowledge and create a lively and exciting atmosphere for each participant. This activity not only helped everyone revisit the knowledge but also clarified important concepts in a fun learning environment.

After going through 10 knowledge questions, Director Trần Nguyên Các presented small motivational gifts to encourage the enthusiastic spirit of learning and awarded them to the 3 individuals who scored the highest in the Kahoot quiz. The gifts serve as a morale booster for learning and also motivate other members to continue striving for the upcoming training session.
With just a small game, the atmosphere of the training session was energized, contributing to an increased learning spirit to delve deeper into the study of the topic "Agile Organization - Part 2 - Practical Application in Organizations." The training will focus on applying the knowledge learned in the previous session to the daily work of each employee, including core elements such as Agile mindset and attitude. Next, there will be a discussion on what everyone has applied Agile to in the past week, how the Agile mindset has improved work performance, and so on. Members actively share their experiences of applying Agile principles to their work and how they feel about using these principles. This helps everyone gain deeper insights into the previous training session and assists leadership in making adjustments that align with the current operational status of the organization.

The next part of the training session introduced all personnel to the Odoo application, which is a tool for managing businesses and includes some basic features such as task management, progress tracking, and workflow integration. Everyone was guided on how to use Odoo to manage tasks and collaborate effectively, and they were informed that this platform will become the main tool for handing over and tracking work in the future.
Through the organizational management application, all members take turns reviewing the tasks completed in the past week while also updating the progress of ongoing tasks. Additionally, the tasks planned for the upcoming week are also specifically scheduled. All these activities are fully updated on the Odoo application, allowing the management team to easily monitor, check, and manage work progress transparently and effectively.
The training session on August 23 achieved remarkable results, not only in reinforcing theoretical knowledge but also in bridging the gap between theory and practice. The interactive and sharing activities created a lively atmosphere, promoting a spirit of learning and connection among participants.
