The training session began with an in-depth presentation by Dr. Tran Nguyen Cac, where he analyzed in detail the common barriers undermining the operational efficiency of many businesses. He highlighted key issues such as delays in decision-making – a consequence of rigid hierarchical structures – and a lack of adaptability to the ever-changing market. These insights provided RIDE staff with a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of their crucial role. From this, they became more aware of the importance of building a dynamic organization where each individual contributes to positive change, working towards the common goal of efficient and sustainable operation.
Introduction to the Holacracy Model
One of the highlights of the training session was the introduction to the Holacracy model – an advanced management method where decision-making authority is distributed among individuals and self-managing teams. Unlike traditional management models, where every decision needs to be approved by leadership, Holacracy empowers each employee within the scope of their role. This not only helps shorten decision-making time but also encourages creativity and personal responsibility.
TS. It has been shared with employees that RIDE will apply Agile principles to the workflow process, from project management, product development, to building organizational culture. Teams at RIDE are encouraged to work in short cycles, continuously evaluating and improving, thereby ensuring that all activities are aligned with the organization's common goals. Employees participating in the training also engage in discussion activities, where they have the opportunity to apply Agile principles to real-life situations.

Employees feel more empowered, which makes them more proactive in their work and willing to contribute new ideas. This helps RIDE build a flexible working environment where new ideas can be tested and implemented quickly.
