At the closing conference, RIDE representatives emphasized that the overarching goal of mission 844 is not just limited to training or communication, but aims to change the way businesses operate and make decisions. Through the program, businesses are supported step by step to break away from traditional production and business models, moving towards data-driven operations, technology application, and innovation to enhance the value of products, services, and market accessibility.

 Implementation roadmap for task 844

  • Enhancing awareness of the transformation of operational models towards innovation orientation.
  • Training and coaching on digital transformation, technology application, and new business models.
  • Assess the current situation and develop a transformation roadmap for the business.
  • In-depth technical support, application of science and technology in operations.
  • Connecting and sharing experiences among businesses, experts, and stakeholders.

                     Achieved results
In 2025, the mission will be implemented according to a step-by-step support roadmap, from raising awareness and enhancing capacity to providing in-depth technical assistance, ensuring alignment with the readiness level and practical needs of businesses. Specifically:

  • More than 25 businesses are equipped with foundational awareness and a new business model mindset.
  • 15 businesses were trained in-depth to master digital tools, manage data, and design future business models.
  • 5 export-oriented businesses received 1:1 coaching – applying AI solutions, traceability systems, automation, and optimizing operations according to integration standards.

Mission 844 brings together more than 30 multidisciplinary experts in technology, digital transformation, AI, brand management, and marketing. The team of experts not only plays a teaching role but also directly accompanies businesses, participates in assessing the current situation, advises on the transformation roadmap, supports the selection of appropriate technologies, and helps resolve issues that arise during the implementation process.

After the mission, the enterprise clarifies its organizational and operational methods that are suitable for its own reality. The decisions for change are focused, avoiding scattered investments and reducing risks during implementation. Management activities gradually shift to being proactive and systematic. The enterprise better controls key processes, increases consistency in internal coordination, and improves its adaptability to market fluctuations. Most importantly, the enterprise develops the capacity for self-assessment and self-adjustment. This is the foundation for maintaining long-term effectiveness, enhancing credibility with partners, and being ready to scale up when opportunities arise. These results demonstrate that RIDE's role goes beyond training; it is a deeply supportive partner that transforms knowledge and experience into usable value for Vietnamese enterprises.

According to Dr. Trần Nguyên Các, the major difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises do not lie in technology. The real challenge is implementing solutions that are suitable for the existing conditions and resources. From this perspective, Mission 844 was developed by RIDE with a focus on supporting businesses in reviewing their organizational structure, adjusting management thinking, and integrating technology into areas that create real value.
