Review of 2025 & Orientation for 2026 – Looking Back to Go Further

The year 2025 concludes not just as a milestone, but as a necessary pause for RIDE to reflect on the journey so far. For us, this has been a year of persistent movement and continuous learning, where every project implemented, every decision made, and every challenge overcome has contributed to shaping our thinking, methods, and organizational identity. The year-end review is not about listing achievements, but about reflecting on what we have done, what we have learned, and what values we need to uphold for the long journey ahead. It is also an opportunity for the Institute to look back at itself with a spirit of openness, integrity, and responsibility — qualities RIDE considers fundamental to its growth.

Returning to the original question — Where is RIDE on its journey?

To open the meeting, Dr. Trần Nguyên Các did not choose numbers or progress reports, but invited the members to return to the "starting point" of RIDE:

Why was the Institute established?

So that each member is always aware that they are contributing to a goal greater than their individual work — together building an organization with a mission to create sustainable value for the community.

What values help RIDE stand out?

To affirm that the long-term strength of RIDE comes from each individual living true to the core values — consistency, discipline, and steadfastness in every choice and action each day.

What do we commit to?

To remind that all actions need to be carried out according to the same common standards — professional, transparent, and responsible — rather than based on emotions or personal habits.

➤ Looking back from the meaning of the name to the initial direction, the entire team is reminded that RIDE is not merely a project implementation unit, but an organization that creates knowledge, generates sustainable value, and contributes to enhancing the operational capacity of Vietnamese enterprises in the digital age. This approach helps each member redefine their position in the bigger picture and gain a clear perspective before delving into specific evaluation content.

Discipline – Culture – Inner Strength: The Foundation That Determines Growth Rate

After reviewing professional activities, the meeting shifted to foundational yet long-term decisive factors: organizational discipline and work culture. At RIDE, culture is not a slogan on the wall, but a collection of specific behaviors practiced every day. One of the core principles is 5S, which includes:

1

Screening

2

Arrange

3

Clean

4

Care

5

Ready

5S not only creates an organized work environment but also fosters a mindset of orderly work, valuing processes and respecting individual responsibilities. This is the foundation that helps the Institute operate smoothly, distribute work effectively, and coordinate seamlessly. It is the small habits maintained consistently that generate internal strength — a key factor in sustainability that no organization can borrow or shortcut.

Orientation 2026: Accelerating through discipline, reputation, and commitment to quality

From the results and lessons of 2025, RIDE is determined to enter 2026 with a spirit of discipline, proactivity, and consistency.

✦ Elevate personal responsibility — understand clearly and contribute effectively to the common goal

✦ Consistent quality standards — adhering to high standards, not compromising with ease

✦ Maintain the organization's long-term reputation — say what you do, do what you say, and keep your commitments

🎯 These are the values that RIDE considers core to positioning itself as a serious, reliable organization capable of making a substantial contribution to the business community.

Meeting Summary: Unified Thinking – Collaborative Action

The year-end review for 2025 took place in a serious yet positive atmosphere, where every opinion was heard and every perspective was respected. The discussions not only helped to organize the work that had been implemented but also created a strong consensus on thinking, priorities, and overall strategic direction.

Closing the meeting, the overall spirit was clear: RIDE enters 2026 with confidence, unity, and readiness to act. Each member understands the expectations for their role, commits to maintaining discipline, enhancing capabilities, and accompanying the organization on the path of sustainable development ahead.
