And to ensure that this acceleration is on the right track, they invited practical experts from the Institute for Research on Organization and Digital Economy (RIDE).

In addition, the guidelines on how to formulate prompts, how to control output content, and how to integrate AI into current processes also help employees feel more confident when starting to apply technology. At the same time, the training content also includes identifying repetitive processes that can be automated. Experts have guided how to use Machine Learning (a branch of AI) to analyze those processes, find ways to improve efficiency, and minimize unnecessary manual tasks. Another important aspect is data analysis. The MITECOM team has been instructed on how Artificial Intelligence can help analyze large data sets, thereby extracting useful information and visual reports that directly support decision-making by the management.
