On July 31, 2025, the program "Leading in the AI Era: AI & Applications in Business," featuring lectures and discussions from the RIDE Institute, was successfully held. The training program saw a large participation from representatives of Intracom Group, Ha Tinh Business Association, and Phuong Dong Hospital, with the number of participants reaching up to 300 people. In the middle of the morning, the program allocated time to visit the exhibition of AI applications displayed by PTIT Academy — a valuable opportunity for participants to directly experience the models and solutions being developed at training and research institutions.

After the lunch break, the program continued with a panel discussion featuring representatives from the RIDE Institute, faculty members from the AI department (PTIT), Shark Viet, and the Chairman of the Ha Tinh Business Association. The discussion was lively with the following key topics:
- The current situation and barriers to the application of AI in businesses (human resources, data, costs, processes);
- Experience in selecting appropriate technology and step-by-step implementation models;
- Practical questions from businesses about data security, algorithm transparency, and ethical issues when using AI;
- Opportunities for collaboration between businesses, research institutes, and solution providers to implement AI in practical operations.
The discussion session quickly turned into a two-way dialogue, with many practical questions being raised — accurately reflecting the pressing concerns of businesses today and opening up avenues for specific consulting and solutions.
