At 1:30 PM on August 18, 2025, representatives from EHERBAL, including the company's General Director and staff from various departments, met and exchanged ideas with experts from the Institute for Organizational and Digital Economy Research.
The first meeting took place at the EHERBAL office with the presence of the CEO of EHERBAL, employees from various departments, and experts from the Institute for Research on Organizations and Digital Economy. The meeting began with an introduction to the purpose and the achievements that the project will bring to the company, combined with insights from the company's director. The experts were able to survey the company's operations and propose ways to effectively integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology into EHERBAL. The meeting continued, focusing on training for AI application in operations, led by the experts. This opening session will serve as a turning point for the company, helping the EHERBAL team better understand the potential and prepare for the upcoming transformation journey.

Building on the success of the previous session, this time we have the participation of the Director of the Institute for Organizational and Digital Economy Research as an expert. This training session focuses on using AI to enhance customer experience and marketing. Under the enthusiastic guidance of the expert CEO and representatives from various departments of EHERBAL, participants gained a clearer understanding of how AI can enhance customer experience, improve communication effectiveness, and somewhat strengthen the brand's value to users.
