With that goal in mind, CADOSA has invited experts from the Institute for Research on Organization and Digital Economy (RIDE), a reputable entity known for "real-world" solutions, to organize an in-depth working session.

With that goal in mind, CADOSA has invited experts from the Institute for Research on Organization and Digital Economy (RIDE), a reputable entity known for "real-world" solutions, to organize an in-depth working session.

The training session did not delve into academic theories or complex AI models. Instead, the RIDE experts focused 100% on providing "solutions" for the daily operational challenges at CADOSA:

  • Process optimization: Experts have worked with the CADOSA team to "dissect" the current business processes, identify bottlenecks, and introduce how AI can help automate, making the processes more streamlined and accurate.
  • Freeing up personnel from repetitive tasks: A lot of employee time is being wasted on manual work (data entry, report compilation). The training session introduced AI tools that help automate these tasks, allowing people to focus on creative and analytical work.
  • Leveraging Available Data: A guide on how to use AI to analyze the very data sources that CADOSA currently has, thereby providing "insightful" numbers to assist management in making quick and accurate decisions.
  • Practicing Generative AI: The CADOSA team is practically guided on how to use generative AI as a "virtual assistant" for drafting, brainstorming, and speeding up personal work processes.

Dialogue without distance 

The atmosphere of the working session was very open and practical. This was not a one-sided lecture. The CADOSA team brought real "problems," the challenges they face every day.

The RIDE experts have acted as consultants, listening and providing specific solutions. For each issue, the answer is not "we need a big project," but rather "you can start experimenting with this small step." This open exchange and these feasible solutions have helped the CADOSA team gain the clearest view of their roadmap.

The meeting with the RIDE Institute is an important "kick-off" step, opening a new phase in CADOSA's digital transformation journey. Here, the team not only absorbed knowledge about AI but also clearly envisioned the roadmap for practical application in their work. More importantly, each member left with a confident mindset, ready to master new technology. The training session became a milestone affirming CADOSA's commitment to innovation and enhancing operational efficiency. This is indeed a solid foundation for the company to continue breaking through in the future.
