What is 5S and how is the 5S approach implemented at RIDE?
5S is a management method originating from Japan, consisting of five components: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke. At RIDE, 5S is not simply understood as organizing or cleaning the workspace, but is approached as an operational standard.
Accordingly, the workspace reflects personal discipline; the arrangement demonstrates a scientific work mindset; and maintaining order contributes to the formation of organizational culture.
