Tomexco, a company specializing in the production of industrial fans and ventilation systems, has implemented digital transformation to enhance product quality and optimize operational processes. Before implementing digital transformation, Tomexco faced difficulties in managing product data and warranties. Storing information on Excel created inconveniences in retrieval and updates. The warranty process lacked a tracking system, affecting productivity and service quality.
To address this issue, Tomexco has implemented a product traceability system using QR codes, which helps digitize all data and warranty processes. After 8 weeks of implementation, the system has enabled quick retrieval of product information, minimized errors due to manual data entry, and improved the warranty process. The company has also trained employees to use the system effectively, enhancing their skills and reducing the burden of manual work.
This digitalization system has helped Tomexco improve quality control, increase product reliability, and move towards the Smart Factory model.
