The Postal and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) has just completed a 2-day intensive training course on the application of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), taught by the RIDE Institute specifically for staff and lecturers.

The training course provided practical knowledge and skills on harnessing the power of online generative AI tools, including practicing prompts for common tasks, exploring popular large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and Perplexity, and applying advanced AI techniques like Zero-shot, One-shot, Few-shot, Multi-shot, and Chain of Thought Prompting. In particular, students were also given detailed guidance on how to identify and avoid the phenomenon of AI "hallucination" to ensure accurate and reliable information during application.
