Technology becomes a tool
Instead of presenting academic theories, the experts from the RIDE Institute focused on "unpacking" the aspects of Artificial Intelligence and directly relating them to the operations at HN GreenFram. The session delved into how technology can directly support humans.
The HN GreenFram team was introduced to the use of generative artificial intelligence as a valuable "assistant" in drafting documents, summarizing reports, and quickly searching for information. Furthermore, experts also presented on Machine Learning (an important branch of Artificial Intelligence) in analyzing the large data sources that the company possesses, thereby helping to forecast trends and support management in making more accurate decisions. An important part of the training was identifying bottlenecks in the process and applying intelligent automation solutions, freeing employees from repetitive manual tasks.
Together towards a solution
The atmosphere of the working session was not a one-way teaching. The HN GreenFram team participated with an open spirit, actively raising many practical questions surrounding internal issues.
"With our current process, where should we start?", "Which tools are the most suitable and cost-effective for testing?"... It is these candid discussions that have helped RIDE experts provide the most appropriate advice and roadmap, turning the training session into a true strategic consultation.

At the end of the working session, what the HN GreenFram team gained was not just foundational knowledge about technology. More importantly, they gained the confidence to embark on a journey of innovation, along with a clear roadmap for applying AI to their practical tasks.
