🎓 RIDE Institute partners with PTIT Bootcamp: Spreading innovative thinking in training young leaders
As part of the program "Young Leaders in the Digital Age" organized by the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, RIDE Institute is honored to participate as a speaker in the opening ceremony on July 16 and to teach a special topic on Design Thinking on July 17.
Design Thinking – Design Thinking for the Digital Transformation Era
As part of the PTIT Bootcamp program, the RIDE Institute has directly taught the topic "Design Thinking – Solution Design Thinking in Digital Transformation," helping students access a creative thinking method closely linked to business practices.
Not stopping at theory, the class emphasizes the most important first step in the Design Thinking process: Empathize. Here, students are guided to use the Empathy Map tool to observe, listen, and put themselves in the users' shoes to deeply understand their needs, emotions, and behaviors.
The use of the Empathy Map not only helps students systematize their observational data but also facilitates the exchange of diverse perspectives, laying the groundwork for developing critical thinking skills and designing solutions from the root of the problem.
The classroom atmosphere was lively, with many groups demonstrating a spirit of creativity, innovative thinking, and a desire to apply this method to real-life situations in their future lives and work.
